By downloading, installing, accessing, testing, or using BabySteps, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the BabySteps Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BabySteps.

BabySteps is provided by Forever Frameworks. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Forever Frameworks. References to "you" mean the person using BabySteps or managing an account.

BabySteps is intended for adults: parents, legal guardians, and caregivers. You must have the legal right and authority to enter, view, manage, or share information about any child whose profile or care events you create or access.

You are responsible for all information you enter, all caregiver invitations you send or accept, and all decisions made using or outside the app.

BabySteps is currently a pre-release/TestFlight product unless we state otherwise on the product page or App Store listing. Pre-release software can contain bugs, incomplete features, data loss issues, interrupted sync, inaccurate displays, notification failures, or other problems.

Do not rely on pre-release BabySteps as your only record of care, your only reminder system, or your only way to communicate important information to caregivers or healthcare professionals.

BabySteps helps families log and organize baby care information such as feeding, pumping, diapers, sleep, medicine, activity, growth, milestones, notes, photos, schedules, todos, reminders, caregiver access, charts, and reports.

The app may support local-only use and subscription-backed features such as cloud sync and caregiver sharing. Available features may change over time.

BabySteps does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, monitor, cure, or recommend care for any disease, condition, symptom, feeding issue, medication need, growth concern, sleep concern, or emergency.

The app may display information you entered, calculations based on what you entered, or reminders you configured. That information can be incomplete, delayed, wrong, outdated, or misunderstood. Always follow instructions from qualified healthcare professionals.

For emergencies, urgent symptoms, missed critical medication, feeding concerns, breathing issues, dehydration, allergic reactions, or any medical concern, contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on BabySteps.

BabySteps is not HIPAA-compliant and is not intended for use as a HIPAA-regulated system. Forever Frameworks is not acting as your healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, or HIPAA business associate through BabySteps.

Do not use BabySteps to create, store, transmit, or manage information where HIPAA compliance, a formal medical record, provider charting, institutional compliance, or regulated clinical documentation is required.

Local tracking may be available without a subscription. Subscription-backed features may include cloud sync, caregiver sharing, shared child access, and related account features. Current public pricing is $6.99 monthly or $59.99 yearly, but prices, trials, offers, and availability may vary by region, App Store account, launch stage, and Apple systems.

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, Apple Family Sharing where available, and related subscription account workflows. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Invited caregivers can participate in shared care without buying their own BabySteps subscription when access is covered by an active owner subscription and app rules.

BabySteps may let an account owner or authorized caregiver invite other caregivers to access child profiles and care information. Only invite people you trust with sensitive family and child information.

You are responsible for choosing invitees, assigning roles, removing access, and confirming that invited caregivers are authorized to view or manage the child's information. Removing access cannot undo what someone already viewed, exported, saved, copied, photographed, or shared outside the app.

You keep ownership of information, photos, notes, and other content you enter into BabySteps. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate BabySteps, including storing, processing, syncing, backing up, displaying, exporting, and sharing that content with authorized users as required by the features you choose.

You must not upload or share content you do not have the right to use. You must not upload unlawful, abusive, invasive, exploitative, or harmful content.

BabySteps may generate PDFs, reports, exports, native share sheets, and other files based on your data. Exported information can be sensitive. You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and with whom to share exported information.

We cannot control exported reports, screenshots, printed copies, downloaded files, messages, emails, or information shared outside BabySteps.

Reminders, notifications, due/overdue indicators, Live Activity-style updates, and calendar mirroring are convenience features. Delivery may be delayed, disabled, blocked, duplicated, or incorrect because of device settings, app state, network conditions, operating system behavior, user input, or service interruptions.

Do not rely on BabySteps as your only reminder for medication, feeding, appointments, urgent tasks, or time-sensitive care. Maintain independent safeguards appropriate for your child and care plan.

You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, email, BabySteps account, and any authentication methods secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or shared child access has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, compromised, used unlawfully, or creating risk for users, children, caregivers, infrastructure, or Forever Frameworks.

We work to make BabySteps reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect sync, perfect calculations, complete data retention, notification delivery, report accuracy, or compatibility with every device, iOS version, network, subscription state, caregiver account, or third-party service.

Keep backup records when the information is important. This is especially important during TestFlight or pre-release use.

You agree not to:

• Use BabySteps for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, attack, scrape, overload, or interfere with the app or backend.
• Use BabySteps to violate another person's privacy or rights.
• Invite caregivers who are not authorized to access the child's information.
• Use BabySteps as a regulated medical, emergency, or HIPAA-compliant system.

BabySteps, including its design, software, brand, copy, workflows, and underlying technology, is owned by Forever Frameworks or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of BabySteps to you.

If you send us feedback, bug reports, ideas, screenshots, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, while we will continue to handle personal information according to the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabySteps is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and error-free operation.

No statement on the website, in the app, in TestFlight notes, in support messages, or in marketing materials creates a medical, professional, fiduciary, or special duty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forever Frameworks and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages; lost data; lost profits; loss of goodwill; personal injury; medical outcomes; caregiver decisions; missed reminders; incorrect entries; sync issues; data exports; or unauthorized sharing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to BabySteps will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for BabySteps subscriptions in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forever Frameworks from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of BabySteps, your content, your caregiver invitations, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

We may update these terms as BabySteps changes. If changes are material, we will update the Last updated date and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using BabySteps at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if required by law, App Store rules, security needs, product discontinuation, misuse, or violation of these terms.
