Est. by hand · Family run

A studio of two.
Built for the people we believe in.

Forever Frameworks is run by Sean and Caitlin Cotter. We build websites and software that last — for friends, family, small businesses, and anyone tired of being treated like a ticket number.

We were already doing the work — building software for our kids to play with and for our friends to actually use in their businesses. It wasn't a side hustle. It was a Saturday afternoon. It was a Tuesday night after the dishes.

Eventually it became obvious: this was the perfect joint opportunity. Continue the thing we're most passionate about — and use it to help anybody and everybody who needed it. Not just the companies who could afford a six-figure agency retainer.

Today we work the same way we did then. Direct access. Honest scope. Code we'd be proud to show our kids when they grow up and ask what we built.

If we wouldn't ship it to a friend, we don't ship it to a client.

The whole team

Two people.
No middleman.

Every email, every line of code, every design decision — comes from one of us. That's the entire org chart. We like it that way, and so do our clients.

What this looks like for you

You get an engineer who has shipped at enterprise scale, but who's working on your project directly — not a senior who 'oversees' it from three time zones away.

House rules

Six rules
we built the company around.

These aren't marketing copy. They're the operating principles that decide which projects we take, how we scope them, and what we ship.

Rule 01

Direct access. Always.

You email Sean or Caitlin, you get Sean or Caitlin. No project coordinator standing between you and the people doing the work.

Rule 02

Honest scope. Fixed price.

Every project starts with a written proposal that defines exactly what you'll get, when, and for what. No surprise invoices, no hourly drift.

Rule 03

You own everything.

On final payment, the code, the designs, the documentation — it's yours. No platform lock-in. No proprietary builders. No hostage situations.

Rule 04

Built to outlast the trend.

We pick boring, durable technology on purpose. The site we ship you today should still be running — fast and secure — five years from now.

Rule 05

Help anyone who needs it.

We started this for friends and family. We still take on projects from people we believe in, not just the ones with enterprise budgets.

Rule 06

Code we'd show our kids.

Every commit, every component, every query — built to the standard we'd want our own children to inherit if they grew up to maintain it.

The next step

Let's talk about
what you're building.

Thirty minutes. No pitch deck, no pressure. Just an honest conversation about whether we're the right team for the job.
